Experience

Principal Creative Technologist

Logistic Services International, Inc.

2003 to present
  • Own production systems, tooling, workflow architecture, and visual standards across multi-team defense training programs.
  • Built reusable courseware frameworks that let artists produce independently while requirements and delivery architecture continued evolving.
  • Led the Flash-to-Canvas transition through parallel legacy conversion and greenfield production, avoiding delivery disruption before Flash end-of-life.
  • Created 3ds Max-to-Unreal material workflows, render infrastructure, FFmpeg automation, and media review tools that became permanent production defaults.
  • Encoded Section 508 and WCAG constraints into working color and production systems so compliant behavior became the easier path.
  • Translate between design, art, engineering, instructional design, cybersecurity, production, and executive stakeholders.
