The feedback ladder

Answer the question, then keep it wrong on purpose. A CourseForge quiz does not just say right or wrong: it climbs a tiered ladder as attempts run out, from a generic incorrect, to a hint, to a full reveal. The panel below lights the rung each attempt lands on.

With three attempts you can see all four rungs: a wrong answer starts at Incorrect, drops to Hint on the last attempt, then Reveal.

Passing score

Correct on the first attempt scores 100. Later correct answers score less; a reveal scores 0. The status turns passed or failed against this mastery score.

One ladder, seven types

Multiple choice (shown), true / false, multiple select, drag and drop, matching, sequencing, and fill in the blank all run this same tier logic and report to SCORM the same way.
